Weekly Draw Rules
ELIGIBILITY
The
Karachiwala.com Local Offers weekly draw is currently offered to
individuals who are of the age of 18 and above, currently residing in
Karachi Pakistan with a valid email address.
There are no fees or purchase required to enter.
ENTRY
To
enter the weekly draw, you MUST subscribe to our free Local
Offers email newsletter. Subscription to our newsletter is
free and as a subscriber, you will
automatically be registered for the drawing and be granted 1
ballot each week towards the weekly prize.
DRAWING
The winner of the drawing will be selected randomly from all
eligible ballots accumulated during the drawing period. The draw
winner will be notified via email only.
The winner must claim their prize within 10 days or the prize
will be forfeited.
General Terms & Conditions
Winners must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility
(proof of age and residency in Karachi), and agree to grant
KarachiWala.com, the right to print, publish, broadcast,
and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter
developed, including but not limited to the World Wide web, at
any time or times, as may be determined by KarachiWala.com.
KarachiWala.com.com reserves the right, at their sole
discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, to be tampering with the entry process or the
operation of the sweepstakes or Web site; to be in violation of
the Terms of Service of the KarachiWala.com Web site; to be
acting in violation of the rules and regulations; or to be
acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with
intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
Only one valid email newsletter subscription per person please or you
will be disqualified from the draw.
